No. Dr. Tommie is an out of network provider meaning she does not accept insurance of any kind. 

Monthly superbills are provided. Superbills can be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. If you would like to determine your eligibility for reimbursement, please contact your insurance company to see if the following CPT codes are reimbursable with your plan:

90791 - Intake (first meeting)

90834 - Individual Session (50 mins)

90837 - Individual Session (60 mins or greater)

90834GT - Individual Session via Video (50 mins)

90837GT - Individual Session via Video (60 mins or greater)

99442/99443- Phone Sessions or Phone Calls with other treatment providers 

We would recommend calling your insurance plan to ask about the reimbursement rates for out of network psychotherapy/behavioral health services for these CPT codes.

Session fees range from $250 to $425 and are dependent on length of session/focus of work. For more details please email info@drtommie.com.

For the vast majority of people (adults/kids/couples/families), we recommend starting with meeting once a week.

For individuals, we typically recommend 45 min sessions and for couples or families 60min weekly sessions. Additionally, for most children/teens, we also recommend monthly 30-45min parent check ins.

Ultimately, how frequently we meet is flexible and depends on what feels best for you and is something we can discuss and figure out together!

If you need to cancel a session please let Dr. Tommie know more than 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring the full charge of the session. If the session is cancelled within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment, the full fee will be charged.
