In couples therapy, my work is based in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment focused model. So, I help partners understand painful patterns and shift them into more effective communication and deeper connection.

Together, we explore the underlying emotions and needs that drive conflict or distance in order to build a stronger and more secure bond.
